Wanna have fun on vacation? Or how about a great place you may not have considered for a vacation home or even a place to retire?
Most of us think first of the Sun Belt states—Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada. Plenty of choices and often very nice. But what about heading north? All the way north to Port Ludlow, smack dab in the middle of Puget Sound. For starters, the Port Ludlow area has a micro-climate that gets about half as much rain as Seattle, so you get the best of both worlds: the natural green beauty of the Pacific Northwest and plenty of days of sunshine.
Fore!
Now that the weather is out of the way, let’s talk world class golf in an incredibly beautiful natural setting, kayaking, hiking, crab potting (really!), staying at the Resort at Port Ludlow and enjoying a gorgeous view of the harbor and fine dining in a hidden gem of a restaurant. This resort has it all. Our hosts, starting with Miriam Villard, the non-stop dynamo who is Project Manager for the Resort at Port Ludlow, and Paul Wolman, the Inn’s world class general manager (as well as an expert on all cheese European) made everything perfect.
